Joe built, developed, and advised projects for 15 years before founding Projexion to solve the inefficiencies he saw firsthand. With experience across HITT Contracting, a DC-based commercial developer, and an award-winning owner's-rep firm, he knows where data bottlenecks happen, and how to eliminate them. Projexion was born out of frustration with the industry's fragmented data, slow decision-making, and reliance on outdated, manual processes.
Karl is the X-factor, the mind behind the next-generation technology that makes real-time, autonomous intelligence possible. While other solutions rely on human-powered data processing, Karl's architecture is designed for self-optimizing, data-driven decision-making at scale.
